We are filling the following position for our client on a freelance basis:
Interim Head of eCommerce (m/f/d)
Facts
• Start date: October 21, 2024
• Duration: 6 months (until April 30, 2025)
• Workload: 4-5 days per week
• Location: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site at the office, with the rest of the days remote)
Your Job Description
• You will lead and prioritize the tasks of the Onsite Performance team, ensuring alignment with the expectations of the eCommerce Director and other senior leadership
• You will create and present monthly reports on business performance, challenges, and future strategies to the Director, VP of eCommerce, and the broader eCommerce team
• You will implement proactive initiatives to enhance eCommerce performance and develop strategies to optimize the customer experience
• You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business goals and drive project success in the eCommerce and retail sectors
• You will identify and address potential risks and issues early in the project cycle to maintain smooth operations and project progress
Your qualification profile
• You have proven leadership experience managing senior specialists in a fast-paced environment
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and can efficiently engage with senior-level stakeholders
• You have a solid background in leading projects within eCommerce and retail, demonstrating expertise in these areas
• You are highly organized and can foresee potential challenges in complex project cycles, ensuring timely solutions
• You have experience working in complex digital organizations where processes and structures are still being defined
