Client intends to build a Biomass CHP plant on the Site of one of its customers. The main components of the new Biomass CHP plant
include a boiler island, steam turbine, fuel storage and feeding system, mechanical and electrical balance of plant and control system.
The main purpose of the Biomass CHP plant will be to:
generate electricity in a combined heat and power process to be fed into the grid according to the German Renewable Energy Act of 2017 (Erneuerbare Energien Gesetz 2017);
supply process steam

The goods and services required to build the Biomass CHP plant will be provided by various companies with the lots awarded individually.

Ingenieur aus dem Bereich Maschinenbau / Verfahrenstechnik oder ähnliches.
Aufgabenbereich: Bearbeitung / Abarbeitung offener Punkte aus der Bau- und Inbetriebsetzung sowie Management von Gewährleistungs- und Mangelpunkten.
Der Kandidat sollte eine sehr gutes technisches Verständnis vor allem im Kraftwerksbereich mitbringen, eine gute lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise besitzen.
Außerdem ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit und holistischer Handlungsweise.
Neben der Bestandaufnahme sind techn. Lösungen zu erarbeiten und gemeinsam in Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam / dem Betrieb in eine Ausschreibung, Umsetzung und Abnahme zu bringen um die entsprechenden offenen Punkte zum Abschluss zu bringen.
Vertretung des Projekts gegenüber dem Lenkungsausschuss und der Standortleitung
• Sicherung und effizienter Einsatz des erforderlichen Personals zur Sicherung des Projekterfolgs
• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Projekt und Betriebsabteilungen
• Engineering-Management: Technische Koordination der Projekte
• Abruf und Prüfung der für die Genehmigung und den Betrieb erforderlichen Dokumentation
• Betreuung von Ausschreibungen und Vergaben, dabei u. a. Erarbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Vergabekriterien
• Claim Management
