Currently, we are looking for a Construction Coordinator with MEP Experience for an exciting project with one of our clients
Construction experience and fluent english and french are strictly required
Your responsibilities include:
1 Coordinates CSSI activities
2. Manages permit-specific and fire-related topics
3. Documents agreements and alignments.
4. Checks documentation and design adjustments (quality control)
5. Coordinates sub-contractors (not onsite)
6. Attends PM meetings
7. Aligns timelines with GXO
8. Provides final inspection and certification documents
9. Coordinates mutual works and installations (e.g., cable trays, sprinklers)10. Electrical and plumbing works (MEP)
