E&I SUPERVISOR (m/w/d) to join our team for the construction and commissioning of a PEM electrolysis plant, starting in OCTOBER 2024 | 3+ months

TERMS

• The project will commence on 30th September and run through mid-December with an optional extension period in early 2025.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred as we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
• Both fixed-term employment and freelance contract options are available.
• The role requires a commitment of 56 hours per week across 6 days, reflecting the project’s critical timelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the E&I Installation contractor to ensure quality and timeliness of electrical and instrumentation work.
• Assist the Site Commissioning Manager in the plant restart processes.
• Liaise with third-party MV network service providers to ensure alignment and integration.
• Manage and update site red-line documentation to reflect changes and installations.
• Oversee QA/QC activities and ensure all installation activities, including LV cabling and instrumentation, meet industry standards and project specifications.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in E&I installation, testing, and commissioning activities in industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage subcontractors and ensure coordination of complex activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to work effectively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with PEM electrolysis projects and third-party MV network coordination is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications in electrical safety, instrumentation calibration, or similar are preferred.
