Procurement Consultant – 9+ months – part time – Berlin – Start 01.10.2024

For our end customer in the Berlin area we are looking for an Procurement Consultant.
Your main task is to support the Department Group Procurement in making sure that the processes are running smoothly and oversee the compliance to the Procurement guidelines.

Tasks:
• Maintain basic master data in SAP (suppliers, materials, services, contracts,
purchase records, etc.)
• Process supplier’s evaluations (incl. Graydon scores)
• Test and train (power user)
• Create and update documentation such as guidelines, intranet, newsletter, etc.
• Provide advice to users at all levels after implementation
• Support administratively the Operations and Excellence team

Requirements:
• Min. 3 years experience SAP MM
• Experience working with purchas processes in SAP
• Mandatory Know-How in German and English (B2),
• Nice to have:
- experience with Ariba
- experience with Ticketing system (JIRA, HEAT)
- French language is a plus

Project details:
• Start: 01.10.2024
• Duration: 9 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 3 to 4 days per week / 80 % remote 20% onsite
• Location: Area Berlin
• Language: English and German (B2)
