Archiviertes Projekt - Business Change Manager (m/w/d)

For one of our clients we are currently looking for an Business Change Manager (m/f/d) for a Fashion Merchandise Support Application.

The application is meant for employees involved in merchandising and sales.

The goal of the project is to develop a single, easy-to-use platform for merchandisers around the world. This platform will help them efficiently create product ranges, making it easier to sell products to customers.

Tasks:

* Organizing 2-3 user test meetings to obtain sign-off on the predefined project scope, in coordination with merchandising and product marketing users.
* Gathering feedback for tool improvements and documenting this on the project's SharePoint page, based on input from the product owner and the contractor's expertise.
* Creating 2-3 announcements, newsletters, and presentations in PowerPoint format for bi-weekly product launches, to be presented in virtual meetings and shared via internal communication channels.
* Developing and hosting training materials (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and leading virtual MS Teams meetings 3-4 times per week to onboard local business units and merchants.
* Producing and distributing 3-4 pieces of communication material about upcoming user training sessions and new product features, including Yammer posts, GIFs, videos, SharePoint posts, and emails.
* Creating 3-4 detailed range layouts and templates for the market merchandising teams, based on input provided by the product owner.
* Collecting user feedback through MS Forms during training sessions, documenting insights on challenges and opportunities for future improvements.
* Conducting 3-4 User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, documenting test results, and providing feedback to the internal product owners.
* Offering consultancy to end-users regarding tool usage, with initial briefing provided by the client.
* Submitting all documentation for client approval.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a similar role, preferably within digital transformation, software rollouts, or merchandising environments.
* Experience in organizing and conducting user training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
* Proven experience in creating digital content (e.g., presentations, newsletters, communication material).

Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint).
* Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Yammer).
* Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Communication Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to create engaging and clear training materials and presentations.
* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Analytical Skills:

* Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret feedback and data to improve tools and processes.
* Attention to detail in documenting test results, feedback, and communications.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
* Experience in working with international teams or clients.

Contract data:

* Location: 40% onsite near Nürnberg, Germany / 60% remote
* Start: 01.10.2024
* Contract period: until 30.06.2025
* Workload: 108 days
