Power BI Reporting Consultant (m/f/d) -Green Power

We are currently for a Reporting / Performance Mgmt Consultants (m/f/d) experience in PowerBI

Location: 95% remote / Düsseldorf (ca 1x Monat)
Language: German & English

Tasks performed independently:
● Professional implementation of KPIs for the future Performance Management System of our clients New Green Power and Gas Project Portfolio based on own knowledge and experience:
○ Adjustment of the existing KPI concepts (provided in advance)
○ Development and implementation of KPI data collection process und a monthly update process
○ Documentation of the results and hand over and present for a final sign-off
● Development and Implementation of Monthly Performance Dialogues (design of dialogue and process of data collection and documentation) for the departments Hydrogen, Green Fuels & Infrastructure and New green power & heat, Strategy & Performance and Project Execution in New Green Power and Gas area aligned with the Performance Dialogue of client area New Green Power and Gas based on existing concepts
○ Implementation of the concept based on dashboards and PowerPoint templates provided by our client
● Project Steering and coordination for Organizational change project:
○ Development and implementation of a pilot for professional and digitalised Knowledge Management including AI easy to use with high probability to be accepted
○ Structuring of the project, steering of the internal project team members and execution of the final implementation with the aim of reaching the project objectives based on own expertise
● Development and Implementation of an IT Tool that support the Project Management in New Green Power and Gas with focus on describing the underlying core business processes and there interlinkage based on own knowledge and experience

Focus Tasks:
- Implementation of KPI's
- Development of monthly performance dialogs
- Advice on reporting
- Development of good performance management (communicating clients best practices and new perspectives - therefore experience is essential)

Must have:
- Experience in performance and project management (at least 3 years of project experience!)
- KPI and dashboard
- Very good knowledge of English and German (international working environment)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of PowerBI
