Archiviertes Projekt - Procurement Support (f/m/d) wanted!

For a project we are looking for a Procurement Support (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:
• The Procurement Support will support Group Procurement in making sure that the processes are running smoothly and oversees the compliance to the Procurement guidelines
• Provide with administrative support for the ordering of materials and services
• Act as a facilitator and trainer towards the business to ensure correct usage of the applications and the maintenance of underlying data
• Assist the Group Procurement team, Group Procurement stakeholders and suppliers as a first line of support
• Maintain basic master data in SAP (suppliers, materials, services, contracts, purchase records, etc.)
• Follow up with the registration of suppliers in Ariba
• Process supplier’s evaluations (incl. Graydon scores)
• Test and train (power user)
• Set up and organize an SAP key user group by ensuring that core information is communicated
• Create and update documentation such as guidelines, intranet, newsletter, etc.
• Draw up implementation notes for users based on applications changes
• Provide advice to users at all levels after implementation: correct input of input data and explanation of output documents
• Translate the above instructions and support in corresponding language
• Support administratively the Operations and Excellence team
• Communicate technical issues to BA (but decisions and prioritization sit in the hands of the Process Owner)
• Monitor functional inbox and orders toward internal customers and suppliers

Following Know-how is required:
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP MM
• Experience with Ariba
• Experience with Ticketing system (JIRA, HEAT)
• Very good German and English Skills, French is a plus

Order Type: Freelance / Contract/120 Days per annum
Location: Remote (80%) / Berlin (20%)
Start: 01.10.2024
Duration: 30.06.2025 (with option of contract extension)
