Technical SAP FI Consultant HR (m / w / d)

für meinen Kunden aus Hamburg suche ich asap eine(n) erfahrene(n) SAP FI Consultant (m/w/d) mit Know-how in HR Systemen.

Rahmendaten:

* Start: asap
* Initialprojekt: 10 PT zur Anforderungsanalyse
* Folgeprojekt: daraus abgeleitet das eigentliche Projekt (6 bis 12+ Monate, je nach Schätzung)
* Einsatzort: nahezu 100% remote, ggf. nach Absprache vor Ort
* Auslastung: Initialprojekt 100%, danach vermutlich 50% im Durchschnitt
* Vertragsart: Freelance/Dienstleistungsvertrag
* Sprache: Deutsch und Englisch fließend

Aufgaben:
We need support in the integration for our HR World to our SAP S/4 System.

The following tasks must be supported.

Interface between HR System (SD Worx and Payroll systems) and SAP System. The Interface should handle multiple countries. First country will be Germany. The interface should follow modern architecture through our middleware (SAP PO), no RFC connection.

You should:

* have already setup HR Interface and you should have knowledge about the GL Posting logic needed for the interface
* take into account that we need a HR Mini Master in the system (interface already exist) which should go inline with the interface when needed.
* You should have knowledge about interfaces, should be able to debug in S/4 in case of errors and you should know the incoming interfaces possibilities / user Exists in SAP FI
* Keep in mind the maintainability of the interface due to new posting logic in terms of new account / vendor determination.
* design the interface and guide the developer
* support the HR implementation in the Project in the transformation from on HR System to another. Goal of the Project is to replace all European HR Systems with one.

Anforderungen:

* mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP FI Consultant
* Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten (SAP S/4HANA)
* Know-how in HR Systemen - wünschenswert wären Vorerfahrungen in/mit SD Worx
* Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten (Konzernstrukturen sollten bekannt sein)
