IT Administrator (m/f/d) - Parttime Austria

We are currently looking for an IT administrator (m/f/d) in part time for our client in Austria.

Start: August 2024
End: February 2025
Location: Graz (Austria)
Volume: 20 hrs/ week (flexible througout the week)

Tasks (independent delivery):
* Taking care of local IT equipment of the employees (Desktop Setup, Notebooks, Telephones/ Cell phones) + Account maintenance.
* Server maintenance (ESXi Hosts, VMs, Docker Hosts + a lot of containerized
applications deployed).
* Firewall, VPN, Internet uplink.
* Landline Phone maintenance.
* Wifi-Setup in the Office.
* Local wired network setup & maintenance.
* Local Backup / Disaster Recovery.
* Robotics Lab IT maintenance (Wifi, private 5G, LAN, Robots IT hardware)
* Supporting the transition of local office IT into clients corporate IT.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
* Script automation with at least one of these technologies:
5+ years of experience Powershell, Bash or Python
* Strong knowledge with macOS and Linux operating systems - 5+ years of experience.
* Experience in setting up local area networks (WiFi, LAN) - 5+ years of experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:
* Familiar with Cloud services such as Azure(AAD) and/or AWS.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems using systematic
troubleshooting, web KB searches and consultation with other members of the IT team.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology or similar degree (also Technical upper-level secondary school ("HTL") or finished apprenticeship in a relevant field ("Lehrabschluss") ) OR four (4) years of experience in providing technical support to end- users for computer hardware, software, and/or network related problems.
