Project Description: On-Ground Operational Oversight and Process Review for our Germany Headquarters / We are a worldwide operating Franchise Company in the real estate sector, with our focus being for the European market especially. For this project we are searching for an experienced Management advisor to have "eyes" on the ground in order for us to make faster decisions and get a detailed audit on all processes going on in the region.

Location: Stuttgart area

Project Duration: with an on-site presence required from Tuesday to Thursday each week we plan to conduct the project for a duration of at least 12 months.

Objective:
The primary goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive on-ground assessment of the operational processes and organizational dynamics within our Germany Master-franchise Office. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and analyzing underlying issues contributing to staff turnover rates, internal conflicts between departments, and miscommunications with management. The ultimate aim is to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the head office for strategic intervention and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Assessment:
- Conduct a thorough review of all key processes across departments, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Map out current workflows and assess the effectiveness of existing operational structures.
- Analyze the alignment between various departments and the overall organizational goals.

2. Organizational Dynamics & Conflict Resolution:
- Investigate internal dynamics to identify departments or teams experiencing conflicts, miscommunication, or competition that is negatively impacting overall performance.
- Identify key individuals or groups contributing to these conflicts and assess the root causes.
- Provide recommendations for resolving conflicts and improving interdepartmental collaboration.

3. Staff Turnover Analysis:
- Analyze staff turnover data to understand the reasons behind the high attrition rates.
- Conduct interviews or surveys to gather feedback from current and former employees about their experiences, particularly focusing on management practices.
- Identify patterns or common issues leading to employee dissatisfaction and turnover.

4. Reporting & Recommendations:
- Provide regular updates to the head office, highlighting key findings and progress.
- Compile a detailed report at the end of the project, outlining identified issues, analysis, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Suggest strategies for long-term monitoring and maintaining healthy organizational dynamics.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in organizational consulting, particularly in identifying and resolving internal conflicts and inefficiencies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and interpersonal dynamics within a corporate environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Stuttgart/Heilbronn area from Tuesday to Thursday each week.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting findings to the head office.

This project is critical to ensuring the long-term stability and success of our branch in Germany, providing the necessary insights to make informed decisions about organizational improvements and strategic interventions.
