Job Description:

The client seeks an experienced SAP SD Customization Specialist with expertise in SAP ECC, SAP EWM interfaces, and external tools. The role involves comprehensive tasks from system customization to training and documentation, supporting various phases of SAP projects including go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

Customize the SAP SD module to meet specific business requirements.

Plan and execute cut-over activities, ensuring smooth transition during go-live.

Configure interfaces between SAP SD and SAP EWM, as well as external tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

Create comprehensive documentation including customizing documentation, process flow charts, user stories, and GAP specifications.

Develop training materials and guides to support end-users and key stakeholders.

Conduct design workshops to gather requirements and validate designs.

Lead key user training sessions to ensure proper understanding and usage of the customized SAP system.

Design and specify forms as needed for various business processes, ensuring clarity and functionality.

Provide support during the hypercare phase post go-live, including bug fixing and troubleshooting to stabilize the system.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Extensive experience in customizing SAP SD within SAP ECC.

Proven experience in configuring interfaces to SAP EWM and external tools.

Skilled in creating detailed documentation, process flow charts, and training materials.

Experience in writing user stories and GAP specifications.

Experience in planning and executing cut-over activities.

Capable of conducting design workshops and providing key user training.

Experience in the design and specification of forms.

Experience in providing support during hypercare, including bug fixing and system stabilization.

Fluent in German and English.
