Job Opportunity: Service Orders Design and Testing Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support design and testing for Service Orders in SAP ECC and S4 HANA. Key responsibilities include updating business documentation, conducting UAT, and coordinating cutover activities. You will also participate in LDC go-live discussions for the US, ensuring effective migration of CellChain processes, and support business process changes related to procurement and shipping. Daily incident management and resolution within SLAs for CellChain errors are also required. Additionally, you will prepare training materials, process definition documents, and status reports.

Qualifications:

* Experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA.
* Strong documentation and testing skills.
* Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Start date: 1st Oct 2024 Location: Basel preferred, CET and remote options available.
