We specialize in crafting individual trips to Namibia, offering unique, personal, and tailor-made travel experiences. Our mission is to exceed traveler expectations by paying attention to the finest details and personal characteristics of each traveler. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Local Buddy to join our team and help guarantee the best travel experiences for our clients.

Goal of the Role: To ensure the best travel experience through meticulously planned programs and our high-quality products. You will deliver a unique, personalized experience for each traveler, managing all aspects of their journey to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Traveler Relationship Management:
Be accountable for maintaining a strong relationship with travelers.
Provide support as a Local Buddy, ensuring a personalized and tailored travel experience.
Conduct a Local Buddy call 2-7 days prior to travelers' arrival in Namibia.
Meet & Greet travelers during their first days in Namibia or via video call if they arrive in more remote areas.
Double confirm transfers, accommodations, activities, rental cars, and other arrangements.
Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless assistance at the airport upon travelers' arrival.
Maintain detailed traveler profiles to enhance their travel experience.
Share traveler information with partners to meet specific interests, wishes, and special requests.

Quality Control:
Conduct quality control checks on all services during the trip and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any failures and ensure traveler satisfaction.
Assist in updating product and supplier information based on feedback and demand.
Record and report all service failures for later resolution and traveler compensation.

Ensuring Correct Execution of Booked Services:
Confirm transfers and provide traveler information to drivers.
Confirm accommodations, activities, rental cars, and other services one week before arrival.
Guarantee assistance at the airport by coordinating with staff.
Quickly detect and report errors in sales, bookings, or external partners.
Take over the emergency service phone number.
Actively participate in product updates and propose new suppliers.
Perform Meet & Greets with travelers.
Conduct a final check of travel documents.


German speakers preferred.
