Energy efficiency & solar energy

We provide comprehensive assistance to property investors for all matters related to energy transition. We started in 2022 in Paris and now have a team of 50, mixing engineering expertise with real estate experience to provide a complete service to investors (strategic advice, asset/portfolio analysis, project management & execution, structuring & financing) for both green renovation & solar energy.

We are about to start a project in Germany over a portfolio of three warehouses with two main areas: (a) improvement of the energy efficiency (BMS, heat pumps, LED) & (b) roof-solar for direct use and/or grid injection.

We are looking for engineers to assist the project execution team with the following items:
- HVAC / BMS: design & specifications of the new system, consistency with local regulation & subsidy requirements, identification of contractors to do the works, tendering & contracting
- Roof-solar: design & specifications of the new system, consistency with local regulation & subsidy requirements, identification of contractors to do the works, tendering & contracting, planning permission & connection to the grid

Freelancers need to have 5-10y work experience in on the field above and relevant degrees.
