Archiviertes Projekt - Construction Coordinator (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Maintaining relevant records and generating reports for the construction management
• Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses in cooperation with the construction management
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Support the Construction Manager and Snr. Construction Manager with the day to day business activities
• Inspect (coordinate) construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications
• Document inspections and report any issues to the construction management
• Support the Facility Coordinator for the daily activities, such as maintenance works and coordination works for placements etc.
• Coordinate laydown and tent areas with the construction manager for all projects
• Coordinate with projects agreed weekly/monthly traffic studies with projects in coordination with the construction management team

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• BSc in Engineering discipline or Completed technical apprenticeship
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Technical Skills: Process management and improvement, Time management, Attention to detail and organization skills , Leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Client relationships, Innovation mindset
• German and English language required

• Hands on and proactive acting on Site (This is a field and not only an office position)
