Ihre Aufgaben:
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate clients’ existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Consulting and Recommendations: Advise clients on best practices for managing business processes, considering Swiss-specific requirements and experience in the watchmaking industry.
• Configuration and Customization: Participate in configuring and customizing our ERP solution to meet each client’s specific needs.
• Training and Support: Train end users on system usage and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with development, support, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• University degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a business process consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and best practices in business process management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Significant experience of ProConcept is a real plus.
