PROJECT AND TASKS

The German energy supply is changing. After two centuries of utilising fossil fuels, a new era in energy supply is dawning. An integral part of this change: the wind farms off the German North Sea coast. A shining example of this development is the N-6.7 wind farm in the North Sea, for which our client is now looking for an Interface Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate and liaise with the project management teams involved.
By developing and maintaining a project-specific interface toolbox for all project phases, you will be responsible for managing a wind farm with a capacity of 270 MW, thus setting the course for the green energy supply of the German industry.

Home-Office: 40% Remote

Coordination of the project management teams
• Among them: Contract & Claim, Scheduling, Document Management, Risk Management, Commercial, Engineering, PMO employees
• Close collaboration and moderation of interface meetings to coordinate project progress and requirements
Management and updating of the interface process
• Creation, management and further development of interface tools, interface matrix and stable communication processes
Reporting and documentation
• Creating regular reports on the status of the interfaces and ensuring proper documentation
Risk management and quality management
• Identification and assessment of risks, development of measures to minimise risks and implementation of quality management measures

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

• 5-8 years of experience in the designated interface project management roles (PMO roles)
• English B2
• Professional experience as Interface Manager / Project Coordinator of great advantage
• Industry experience in renewable energy / oil & gas / major infrastructure investment projects an advantage
