Scope/Umfeld:
Our customer must move out of the current Data Centre that does not meet new compliance business corporate rules as well as the KRITIS requirements
posed by TSO’s in Germany.
To do: We need to migrate the whole IT environment to Azure and OT VPP application NEMOCS scada systems to T-Systems on prem Data Centre in Frankfurt.
Phase 1:
- Requirement analysis and documentation
- Elaboration and due diligence the current mode of operation ‘as is’ with the recommendations on future mode of operation scenarios for Data Centre
moves.
Phase 2:
- Will be the Data Centre implementation move preferred to T-Systems Frankfurt Data centre.
Phase 3:
- Will be run/maintain services. Our customer needs to be out of the current Data centre till end of this year (best) or February 2025 (second best).
