Aufgaben:
•The DAR will work to target relevant Healthcare Professionals to raise awareness of PH1 and AHP with the overall objective to improve early diagnosis and referral to specialist treatment centres.
•Serve as disease state expert & provide high-level customer service for referring accounts
•Understand the educational needs of referring HCPs to create optimal level of disease awareness
•Identify and follow up on targeted potential opportunities with HCPs
•Drive patient identification, diagnosis and referral rates by executing against a territory strategy in conjunction with Field Business Lead
•Strategically network within the country cross-functional team to segment and prioritize referral centres to ensure patients have access to available treatment
•Perseverance and an entrepreneurial drive to pursue ideas and projects that ensure sustainable, long-term success
•Effectively prioritize time, activities, and resources to optimize accounts with the greatest potential
•Deliver agreed KPI’s and call targets, effectively and efficiently
•Ensure effective engagement with referral decision makers within the territory
•Utilize CRM system to document account profiles, pre and post call activities and territory planning
•Present a positive image of the company and develop awareness about RNAi platform to relevant customer groups
•Conduct all activities to highest ethical standards in accordance with the local code of practice and local laws and regulations
•The DAR will develop a close working relationship with Medical and Commercial to ensure information sharing and support clear patient referral pathways
•Significant travel in country as required
