We are seeking an experienced designer for an exciting project in the footwear industry. The project involves trend research and the selection of colors and materials for 17 footwear models for the SS26 season. This includes both commercial and brand-specific designs for men and women. The goal is to create a comprehensive color and material concept that offers high performance and versatility.

Project Tasks:
- Conduct trend research and select colors and materials for 17 footwear models, creating mood boards for the SS26 season.
- Create material maps for 17 footwear models based on provided material selections.
- Hand over physical material maps to the development team in person.
- Independently create a color concept for 70 footwear articles and validate it with the client.
- Review and adjust color rollout proposals based on weekly project meetings and client feedback.
- Apply color rollouts to 70 footwear articles and create the initial color tech packs for client approval.
- Update color designs at the article level and provide a second proposal based on client feedback through color sign-off meetings.
- Finalize footwear color design sketches (CAD) with all relevant color and material information for handover to the client.
- Hand over finalized color footwear design sketches to the development team and provide updates based on development input.
- Conclude the project and hand over to the internal design department for completion.

Must-Haves:
- Extensive experience in trend research and material selection in the footwear industry.
- Ability to create detailed mood boards and material maps.
- Experience in creating and adjusting color concepts for footwear articles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software to create design sketches.
- Capability to work independently and make adjustments based on client feedback.
