Your Skills
- Minimum 3 years or 3 project references with ServiceNow Vulnerability
- Response Module Experience: Minimum 2 years or 2 project references.
- IT Security Certification: At least one relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer). Proof of certification required.
- English Proficiency: Written and spoken proficiency at level B2 equivalent. Proof of qualification or 3 project references in English-speaking environments.
- Vulnerability Management Tool Architecture Experience in Transport Sector: Minimum 1 project reference.
- Implementation of Interfaces via Plugins, REST-API, etc.: Minimum 2 years or 2 project references.

Your Tasks
- Analyze client requirements and business processes to develop tailored solutions.
- Translate requirements into cost-effective technical designs, considering synergy effects.
- Conduct technical analysis and effort estimation. Create and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and documentation.
- Identify and resolve integration issues and security requirements. Advise on creating ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.
- Recommend measures for continuous application improvement (e.g., performance, data model).
- Provide technical and professional consultation for decision-making processes. Facilitate complex workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical solutions. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide development and consulting services for the Vulnerability Response module. Ensure solution conformity and quality. Promote quality and standardization of the ServiceNow platform.
