Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect/Senior Identity Consultant with extensive experience in RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (IGL) to support our IAM program across the banking and securities business. This role requires a dual-hat arrangement where you will act as both a subject matter expert and a solution architect for RSA IGL.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a subject matter expert for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and RSA IGL.
* Provide knowledge and expertise in a wide range of directory services and other application access repositories.
* Serve as the Platform/Solution Architect for RSA IGL.
* Facilitate, analyze, and design tasks related to the development of an overall IAM platform solution.
* Champion process improvements and provide advice on strategic roadmap decisions.
* Recommend best practices to meet specific business and regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members on the use of RSA IGL.
* Responsible for providing architectural and technical solution support and working on modernizing the IAM solution.
* Support and advise on the SaaS migration for the platform.
* Assist the Technical Delivery Manager with the formulation of the product roadmap and strategy.

Work Experience:

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Identity Consultant for RSA IGL.
* Extensive background as an Identity Access Management (IAM) consultant.
* Demonstrated ability to develop an effective network across a range of company stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

Functional/Technical Competencies:

* Deep understanding of all functional and technical aspects of RSA IGL.
* Proficient in LDAP, PowerShell, Windows Server, AD, JavaScript, and XML.
* Experienced in using SQL, Oracle, Linux, and PLSQL.
* Proficient in using Web service protocols REST/SOAP.
* Experience working within an IAM team and managing stakeholders.
* Basic web development skills including HTML and CSS.
* Experience with Java/JSP.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

RSA and IGL are mandatory
