Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ARP 4761 & 4754 Compliance Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience in aerospace safety assessment and certification processes in accordance with ARP 4761 and ARP 4754 standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and processes meet the stringent requirements set forth by these guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Conduct safety assessments in accordance with ARP 4761 standards.
Develop and validate system development processes in compliance with ARP 4754.
Perform functional hazard assessments (FHA), preliminary system safety assessments (PSSA), and system safety assessments (SSA).
Support the creation and review of safety-related documentation and certification artifacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and certification requirements into the design and development process.
Provide guidance on best practices and improvements for safety and certification processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with ARP 4761 and ARP 4754 standards in the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of safety assessment and certification processes.
Experience with functional hazard assessments, preliminary system safety assessments, and system safety assessments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills in both German and English.
