SAP CS Berater (m/w/d)

We are looking for an SAP CS consultant (m/f/d) for our customer

Start: mid-September 24 (sometimes training 1-2 appointments beforehand)
Duration: approx. 7 months
Volume: full-time utilization
Location: Remote; Travel to the USA is occasionally possible

Tasks (independent fulfillment) :
SAP CS support for rollout of templates with SAP ECC 6.0 with the main focus
* Spare parts processing (spare parts order)
* In-house repair processing

On-site service
*Technical support
* Conversion/modernization of machines
* Return Process, Complaints
The company's customer base is in the USA, Mexico and Canada

Skills:
- Deep experience in SAP CS (customizing and process understanding)
- Experience in technical support
- SAP ECC 6.0
- Willingness for business trips
- Language: German and English
