Job Description
Provide onsite smart hands support for the core network and compute infrastructure at technology centres.
Manage technical oversight and support for onsite experiences and demos.
Engage in Azure Identify and Access Management for local Azure Sub Resource level administration.
Operate and maintain audio-visual systems within the technology centres, assisting with coordination of repairs and preventive maintenance.
Support presenters and attendees during events, ensuring high-level technical support and coordination.

What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of related experience in IT Support roles, with a strong preference for in-person customer facing experience.
Hands-on experience in supporting products such as Windows, Azure, Office 365 suite, Teams, Surface, etc.
Experience with AV Systems like Logitech, Extron, Crestron is preferred but not required.
Fluency in English and proficiency in the primary local language of the site you are supporting
