Stellenbeschreibung

Manage Risks & Controls across Technology including Cyber Security for the Consumer Bank Europe business to ensure business operates in control, that risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.

* Ability to understand Technology and Cyber Security Risks, its Key Risk Indicators and what constitutes the current and forward-looking risk profile. Articulate risks & issues to leadership including action required to remediate.
* Advise IT operations and IT change teams how to mitigate technology risks and issues combining the views of security requirements and business environment
* Support delivery of technology and security programs to ensure enhancements of technology infrastructure and its control environment is underway, funded and resourced.
* Drive risk & control culture, embed security controls into standard business procedures and IT change processes
* Prepare and delivery risk & control reporting to ensure local and group leadership understands risk exposure and is enabled to manage technology operations within risk appetite
* Perform control issue governance processes and reporting.
* Lead impact assessments and remediation activities for technology caused regulatory incidents.
* Act as an interface between the German business teams, Group Technology and Chief Security Office as well as local technology teams to ensure business context, technology and control requirements are understood and balanced
* Drive awareness and self-learning education throughout the business units appropriate timing and audience


Profil

* Several years of experience as a manager (gn) in cyber security
* Strong expertise in technology, security and risk & control management coupled with good understanding of financial services (Cards, Loans, Deposits)
* A deeptechnicalunderstandingandknowledgeof IT architectureaswellas IT infrastructure
* Capability to clearly articulate in writing what the essence of a risk or issue is, why it matters and what the recommended treatment is
* Proven ability to build relationships with wide range of stakeholders, and articulate risk & control concepts and issues to an audience spreading from business leaders to IT administrators
* Experience in managing expectations and processes in heavily matrixed environment
* Ability to ingest, de-duplicate, and rationalise program demands, risks to the business and control issues
* Excellent communication skills that can transcend both junior and senior audiences
* Abilitytowork in a constantlychangingand fast pacedenvironment
* Proactive approach, committed, team-focused work ethic
* Flexible - abletoworkextendedhoursonoccasions/asrequired
* Understanding of risk & control frameworks and requirements like BSI Standards, ITIL, NIST/NIS2, DORA
* Experienced at implementing and executing risk management processes and tools
* Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in confidential matters with an understanding of appropriate timing and audience
