SAP Business Analyst (m/f/d) S/4HANA Migration

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the SAP S/4HANA implementation across various modules.

Dedicated and experienced SAP Business Analyst with over 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and a minimum of 3 years in support roles. Skilled in advising specialist departments on SAP processes and systems across various modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, CS, and PP. Proven track record in SAP user account administration, authorization management, and compliance measures, with a strong focus on SOX compliance. Demonstrates expertise in strategy development, change management, system customizations, and employee training.

Tasks:
• Advising Specialist Departments: Provide expert advice on processes and systems within the FI, CO, MM, SD, CS, and PP modules to improve business process efficiencies.
• SAP User Administration: Manage SAP user accounts and authorizations to ensure secure and efficient system access.
• Authorization Concepts: Develop and implement comprehensive authorization concepts in collaboration with specialist departments.
• Compliance Analysis and Implementation: Conduct analysis and implement SOX-compliant measures for IT management.
• SAP Support: Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users, addressing and resolving technical issues.
• Strategy Development: Develop strategies for SAP system adaptations and change management to enhance system performance.
• System Development: Drive the further development of the SAP system environment to meet evolving business needs.
• Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for employees and create detailed training documents.
• Customizing SAP: Perform customizations in the SAP FI and CO modules to tailor the system to business requirements.

 
Skills:
• SAP Authorization Management: In-depth knowledge of SAP authorization management to ensure secure system access.
• Compliance Experience: Familiarity with compliance measures, particularly SOX, to maintain regulatory standards.
• Change Management: Experience in managing change and customizing SAP systems to align with business processes.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
