For one of our major clients, we are currently seeking a freelance professional who meets the following requirements:

 


Mission Statement:

Cloud Solution Architects provide technical leadership for Unified customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy. The focus is to do this in a proactive and consultative manner to avoid future issues. This includes guidance on best practices, risk assessments, migrations, and onsite, remote, and dedicated support services.

 


Your Tasks:


• Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and adeptly solve complex technical problems through systematic, innovative troubleshooting. You should also be capable of investigating workarounds and escalating when necessary
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Platform
• Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing the company's image and reputation through your credibility, thorough preparation, commitment, and top-notch delivery
• Demonstrate effective communication skills; the ability to cultivate strategic, ongoing customer relationships, earning trust and respect for the company. Engineers must also exhibit strong skills in technical writing, presentations, and training
• Enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to your peer group as well as our customer teams
• Proactively develop technical and professional learning and development plans in alignment with and support from your manager
• Serve as a mentor and role model for less experienced colleagues, educating them on technical and non-technical concepts
• Participate in development opportunities (e.g., Ready, Build, Ignite)
• Communicate effectively at all levels, from the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to technical staff on the ground


 


Your Profile:


• Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate (preferred), Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (desired), Power Platform Developer Associate (desired), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (desired)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
• Experience in the enterprise customer arena

Face-to-face customer engagement skills
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Proficient troubleshooting knowledge and skills
• Solid understanding of ITIL/Service Management
• Passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation
• Demonstrate an effective balance between business and technical acumen
• Ability to recognize and adapt to change effectively
• Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complementary products at a solutions level
• Ability to handle critical customer issues and thrive in demanding situations
• Thorough understanding and significant years of experience in administering, developing (writing code), deploying, customizing, tuning, and troubleshooting Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) environments and solutions with Dataverse, Dataverse for Teams, and other data sources
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining governance practices, driving CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives, and ensuring compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience in optimizing processes, enhancing security, and fostering best practices across the organization
• Designing and implementing services of relevant SharePoint platforms on-premises and in the cloud such as Disaster Recovery, Search Architecture, maintaining Governance & developing custom solutions using modern developer stack

Experience with SharePoint, PowerShell scripting for Online & On-Premises environments
• Share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft using thorough knowledge of specific Microsoft products and their context in the competitive landscape
• Experience with other Low-Code/No-Code products and solutions is a plus
• Very good English and German language skills (C1-Level)
