Job Description:

Skills and knowledge for the role
• 2nd/3rd Level, operational Eng
• Solution Architecture skill: NetApp, GPFS, it’s System management & Reporting etc. to run the Platforms.
• Automation skills (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) good understanding on Cloud Integration, ITIL

Comprehensive list of responsibilities
• Managing the NAS & CPFS environment in E1 and E2
• Patching
• Incident handling, Problem management, Change requests Monitoring, Alerting, Reporting
