Controller (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Responsible for the monthly group reporting and assisting in the preparation of regular reports and key figures for management and stakeholders
• (Active) Support in the preparation of the periodic forecast and annual budgeting
• Continuously monitoring and analysing financial and business developments, including budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations
• Internal contact person for analyses and evaluations of various business areas
• Monitoring and analysing transfer pricing processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Bachelor's degree (or in education to master) in Accounting, Finance & Controlling or a related field
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (Swiss GaapFER or IFRS), financial regulations, and reporting standards
• Experience working in an international organisation with numerous companies and cost centres
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems (Workday, SAP etc)
• Fluent German and good English skills
