Archiviertes Projekt - Group Legal/Integrity Specialist (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Legal advice on a number of project related issues, such as contractual interpretation, claims handling
• Provide support on related litigations in support role to lead lawyer
• Prepare a wide variety of legal documents in relation to project business, such as settlement agreements, minutes, take over certificates
• Provide support as substitute when team lawyers are out of office

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• General commercial lawyer, with deep understanding of claims management, contracts and global project business preferably in a turn-key delivery setting, industrial equipment and goods
• Business acumen and proficiency in dealing with business stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills, can e.g., lead a legal project independently
• Experience of integrity and compliance matters
• Job experience for core activities
• Profound English skills and knowledge of French
