Archiviertes Projekt - Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager who will help us build the site strategy and a yearly operational plan. You should know how to lead teams, as well as how to manage the production. Moreover, you will be handling people management, external relations, and safety standards. As a Site Manager, you should have a clear vision of leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving and people development. Additional information will be given during our initial phone call.

Project details:
• Starting period: 01.06.2024
• Ending period: 31.12.2024 (extension)
• Full-time: (5 days/week)
• Location: Remote/Frankfurt
• Language: German

Experience:
• 10+ years of Managerial experience in the chemistry/food/pharma or similar industry
• Project management
• ERP system (e.g SAP)
• Communication and people management skills
• Organizational skills and strategic thinking
