Senior Hils Dspace Test Engineer

Proficiency in dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test benches, including configuration, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience with real-time simulation model creation, parameterization, integration, and validation.
Familiarity with various bus implementations like LIN, CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.
Ability to analyze and document test bench anomalies, as well as develop and implement test cases.
Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for modeling physical behavior and vehicle electronics, especially in areas like e-drive and battery management.
Experience with dSPACE ConfigurationDesk and ControlDesk.
Design and testing of electronic circuits, measurement technology, and real-time systems.
In-depth technical knowledge of dSPACE SCALEXiO HIL systems, ideally with 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
Certification in high voltage safety and first aid.
Tools and Programming Skills:

Experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.
Familiarity with automation tools like ECU Test, dSPACE AutomationDesk, or equivalent.
Proficiency in programming languages such as CAPL, Python, and FPGA programming.
Additional Experience:

Expertise in functional safety standards and tests.
Working experience with both automated and manual test benches.
Experience in working with global OEMs would be advantageous.
