I joined the business to improve ETL feed processes for Salesforce CRM. I built business knowledge about current issues and gaps in the process which helped me design a new data architecture for the solution. Design and develop new incremental ETL processes which allow error handling and ease of maintenance. Implemented automated and self-healing data feed between the data warehouse and CRM Salesforce. Develop and optimize the whole solution for scalability, modularity, error handling, process auditing and ease of maintenance. The ETL process includes error logging with data and process audit, focusing on low data latency and parallelism. SQL DWH allows incremental load with tracking Change Data Capture. Build and maintain data models, SQL code, C# scripts and Azure code build and deployment.
