Extensive experience in SAP implementation, roll-outs, support and consulting, coupled with my expertise in specific areas of SAP, make me a strong candidate for many roles. In addition to my technical skills, I bring real business experience and a business-oriented approach, which allows me to understand and meet the needs of the business while leveraging SAP capabilities.

With over 25 years of experience in various industries, including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, Beverage Production (including alcoholic beverages), Chemical Manufacturing, Petroleum Industry, Aluminum, Fashion within multinational companies, I have gained valuable insights and expertise in SAP Master Data, SD, LE, MM, and EDI. I have worked extensively with sales rebates, chargebacks, and handling complex pricing scenarios, as well as IDocs such as ORDERS05, ORDERSP, INVOIC, DESADV, DEBMAS, CREMAS, and MATMAS. I also have experience working with Logistics, Production Planning and third-party providers (3PLs).

During my time at DELHAIZE Group, I served as an SAP Retail consultant, focusing on the Order to Cash (O2C) area and Retail Master Data, including article master, site master, vendor, assortment, and listing. In addition, during my time at UPFIELD, I joined a multinational project for S/4HANA On Premise roll-out in Greece, where I was responsible for Sales and Distribution Localization and served as a trainer for Production Planning (PP) and Logistics (LE-WM,TM) during the rollout for HBFuller in Greece.
Throughout my career, I have consistently taken on the role of a trainer, working closely with users. I am particularly proud of my achievements at HBFuller, where I successfully trained individuals who had never worked with any system to use SAP in production. This hands-on experience has honed my ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner and ensure user proficiency.

In all my positions, I have also been deeply involved in change management. I have effectively convinced people and companies to reengineer their processes and adopt new ways of working. My ability to manage change and drive process improvements further underscores my suitability as a trainer.

In addition, I have significant experience working in global and remote teams, which has equipped me with the skills to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultures.
As a Greek-speaking professional fluent in English, I have successfully joined and contributed to multinational projects across the world, demonstrating that language has never been a barrier to my participation and success in diverse teams.
