• Scheduling for both installation, commissioning and initial maintenance. (until O & M / Client takes over)
• Feasibility studies & Assessments
• Tendering, both developing ITT documents and analysing received replies to these.
• And as a Tendering manager for the bids to ITT’s.
• Drafting and negotiation of the resulting contracts.
• Negotiation with diverse authority/official bodies at all levels. (Certification, permits, class and other).
• HSEQ, Hazid/Hazops QA/QC. Safety and QA/QC plans and procedures including their execution.
• Site / Construction Management both onshore and offshore on all levels
• Writing, auditing and reviewing Method Statements and other procedural documents, both from within the own company and from contractors.
• NCR procedures and lessons learned.
• ISO and OHSAS implementation in company plus aquisition of the certification, involved with the audits and writing of procedures and other documentation i.e. Work flow et al.
• Commissioning and Hand Over procedures to both client and administration.
• Project Completion documentation (as built), take-over procedures and certification documentation.
• Marine Operations management, Logistical management of People and goods. Vessel / Helo acquisition.
• Negotiated contracts with the operators and other parties, drafted letters of intent and other documents.
• Negotiated TSA-SMA-BoP and even EPC contracts for a number of Projects
