My main achievement, which results VOCAR AD prompt profitably increasing, is
preparation, technical design and implementation of a financial planning application with
SAP BPS 3-5 Tool for new Logistics Dept. and Frozen food 5.000 tons capacity
warehouse activation. Integration of that application into VOCAR AD financial flow
planning process was very successful. I made a strong recommendation for SAP SEM BCS and
provide support of official supplier - SAP Solutions Serbia.
SEM BCS suite is part of SAP BW Netweaver BI which features BI Integrated Planning
and provides us the full reporting capabilities of the warehouse & logistic data suite into
one application.
Here is our project VOCAR AD:
Project: Frozen food production & logistic real time integration with business planing
simulation BPS and business consolidation system BCS.
Location: VOCAR AD Svilajnac frozen food production plant Svilajnac, Serbia
Technology Tool: SAP BW BPS 3-5 (Netweaver)
Scope: Re-design and re-implementation of the previous financial planning using Matrix
Consolidation feature. Integration of planning application with the business consolidation
system BCS 4.0. ”Fresh to frozen” IQF process optimization and improvement of the
Logistic main role delivery “on-time”, increasing expected profit benefit and also
improving quality and food processing standards.
Achievement: Relevant “on-time” analysis, detailed technical and conceptual design for
the financial planning application process implementing with BW BPS 3.5. Roll out and
support is my every day routine and endless education process
