Working as a BPM Architect, I lead the process implementation with our customer. Ultimately responsible for all the technical deliverables that make our process designs reality, Interacts talking with customers and business users about their requirements and the implications of implementation decisions. I am single point of contact for all Process related decisions. I lead a team of bpm developers, mentor them, and deliver Proof of Concepts in the design phase for taking best design decisions and identifying limitations and product compatibilities and BPMN compliance.
I am consummate expert in webMethods BPM software, software architecture, and BPMN. Currently our primary focus is SoftwareAG BPM.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities
• Part of Design of business processes in BPMN – Support Functional architects in design decisions and BPMN 2.0 compliance and compatibility with the tools.
• Propose deployment layouts for scalable solutions with clusters and load balancers for overall system architecture.
• Interactive development of process designs involving complex workflows: playing back the implementations to users and stakeholders in order to converge on the right requirements and solution.
• Design of technical deliverables.
• Implementation of technical deliverables: working processes, services, user interfaces, integrations, database queries, web services, etc.
• Interactive development of user interfaces in the context of the process: playing back UI implementations to users and stakeholders in order to converge on the right requirements and solution.
• Engaging in planning activities with customers: upgrades, process releases, etc.
• Tracking metrics that are meaningful to support dashboards and reporting / visualization. Business Activity Monitoring and dashboard tools like ARIS Mashzone
• Working at customer site with customer technical staff and mentor them on the use of BPM suites, validate requirements, play back solutions, and collaborate on process and UI designs.
• Develop best practices as the BPM field continues to develop and innovate
