I am an Engineer with Project Management experience.

For the last 3 years, I have been working in a small, dynamic company as Project Manager of international innovation projects. In this role I had the chance to deal with all phases of a project, from feasibility study to costs and resources planning, management of international partners and stakeholders, reporting and control of development and progresses, both in terms of costs and quality of results and products, and management of all projects’ documentation (cost tracking, personnel timesheets and costs, Gantt charts, PERT Charts, Risk and Issues logs, project breakdown structures, etc).

I am now willing to enlarge and deepen the knowledge gained on-the-job, facing an international market/business framework and decision-making processes in complex organizations in a challenging PMO/Project Management environment.

I am really motivated to take a step forward towards an important and leading international company aiming to widen my personal vision and managerial perspective, and in order to do this, I am ready to acquire the necessary knowledge, as I consider myself a heavy worker and fast learner, and take to the teamwork my practical experience in managing medium sized projects.
I am also looking forward to offer my social and teaming skills, demonstrating my acting as effective technical and management interface.
