The following are some of the projects I worked on during my time at Hollard:
1. Finance: mapped the data submission process as part of an effort to acquire a system for finance reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
2. Intranet: implementation of a Microsoft SharePoint based intranet.
3. Extranet; an extension of the intranet project: elicited and documented requirements for extranet implementation. The requirements document was used by an external provider to develop an implementation proposal.
4. New Sales Front-end: Elicited and documented requirements and processes for a system to be used at Hollard call centres for conversion of leads into sales.
5. STAT Month-end: Elicited and documented requirements for upgrading a quotation calculation engine for the actuarial team.
6. Contract Management: Elicited and documented requirements for a Contract Management System for inclusion in a Request for Information (RFI) document. Evaluated and scored proposals submitted by vendors to assist in the selection of the appropriate tool.
7. WesBank ODP: Elicited and documented requirements for a system to process car insurance policies.
