Brand and marketing management for a technology company.

I worked from remote (Australia), was present in Japan for project milestones such as workshops, presentations and trainings.
My work included the following deliverables:
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of a global brand survey with approx. 120 B2B customers and internal stakeholders
• Business audit, competitor, target group and communication analysis
• Development of the brand framework (brand foundation with vision, mission, values, promise, No. 1 position) in brand workshops in Japan
• Brand architecture and product naming system
• Creative direction and sole responsibility for the development and implementation of the new corporate identity, in collaboration with a Japanese graphic designer
• Planning of the brand relaunch and successive roll-out
• Development of the literature concept, creation of content and copy. Creative direction and responsibility for the creation of company brochures, catalogues, product data sheets, presentation templates, etc.
• Internal brand training at four locations in Japan and the UK
• Briefing of the communication agency for PR and social media in the UK
• Website development support: Screening and selection of a suitable local web agency in Japan. Development and implementation of the briefing presentation. Collaboration in the web implementation: text creation, image selection and photography briefing. Support with website localization strategy (JP/EN/CN).
