• JDV shear/bearing, tension, tension/shear check for fasteners.
• Unfolding analysis for metallic fittings using ISAMI v7.2
• Composite Filled hole analysis for composite junctions (Fastener shear,
bearing, Pull through, Bypass & combined checks) using ISAMI v7.2
• ACD4 & Certification dossier preparation

3. Static Analysis of primary structural components of A350XWB-900
(Certification – MSN5) (MLGD Central Fittings, MLGD AFT Fittings)

• 3D Tetra 10 mesh creation for MLGD Central Fittings (as per AM2036)
• Model validation is done as per AM2036
• Normal mode analysis to check the model (Free Free Analysis)
• Load extraction using FastPPH tool
• Static analysis is carried out for unitary load case and linear interpolation
is done for 8000 load cases using Excel VBA
• Buckling analysis is carried out for critical loads
• Composite filled hole analysis for skin, upper panel and upper corner
(Fastener shear, bearing, Bypass & combined) using ISAMI v7.2
• Unfolding check for metallic fittings using ISAMI v7.2
• JDV shear/bearing, tension, tension/shear check for fasteners
• ACD4 & Certification dossier preparation

4. Static Analysis of ALS components of A350XWB-900 (Justification – MSN1)
(CFRP-Cargo-Shearwebs)

• Static and buckling analysis for all the Shearwebs
• Composite damage tolerance analysis for Shearwebs using ISAMI v7.2
• Composite Bolted Joint 1D analysis to extract loads for filled hole
analysis using ISAMI v7.2
• JDV shear/bearing, tension, tension/shear check for fasteners.
• Unfolding analysis is carried out for all the Shearwebs using ISAMI v7.2
• Composite Filled hole analysis for Skin and Shearwebs using ISAMI v7.2
• Post processing of results using MSC Patran
• Justification dossier preparation
