The aim of the project is to build complete ventilation systems for newly built production halls. My task is to program Allen Bradley controllers (5069 L380ERM) with Panel View Plus 7 Standard panels, equipped with Point/IO islands (1734-AENTR). Numerous external devices that communicate via Ethernet/IP as well as MODBUS RTU are connected to the system.
External devices connected to the system include:
- Endress&Hauser flowmeters (ETHERNET/IP)
- LUMEL temperature and humidity sensors (MODBUS RTU)
- adiabatic humidifiers (MODBUS RTU)
- LEO heating units (MODBUS RTU)

TätigkeitsbeschreibungThe aim of the project was to program and start up a complex automated assembly line. In the project participated 5 engineers. My task was to program two automated assembly stations fitted with TOX presses. The whole machine was built on 1756-L73 Control Logix PLC and fitted with many Panel View Plus 6. The end customer (and programming standard) was Nexteer Automotive.

The aim of the project was to program and start up two presses machines.
Presses were build based on the TOX servo press working together with PLC Allen Bradley - Compact Logix and Panel View 700 panel.
The bigger press is fitted also with Allen Bradley Kinetix 350 servo drive.

The aim of the project was the launch of a new lacquering cabin for everyday use. Inside the cabin are
necessary correct working conditions, ie.: air temperature 20 ° C, 60% humidity, air flow at a preset level.
All of these values are adjustable thanks to our program. In addition, the program supports car hydraulic lift located inside the cabin.
The main parts of the project:
· Siemens controller CPU 315F-2 PN / DP - controller application written in Simatic Step 7 Ver. 5.5.
· Siemens Panel MP 377 12 '' - Visualization designed in WicCC Flexible Ver. 2008 SP3
· Parameterization of SEW inverters
· Implementation of Siemens Safety Systems

In the VW factory based in Wolfsburg we have programmed and run three water purification stations.
The stations are used during painting the body on the lines Fueller, BC, CC. The system consists of two
control cabinets placed on different floors of hall so we have used the Profinet network for
communication (using fiber optic modules).
The main parts of the project:
· Software PLC Siemens S7-300, CPU 319F-3 PN / DP - controller application written in Simatic
Step 7 Ver. 5.5.
· Visualization software using Wonderware Intouch 11.0
· Launching the ProfiNet network and security modules
· Launching the several software regulators (pressure, level, flow)
· Parameterization and commissioning SEW inverters

Short project description:
The aim of the project was the launch of a new furnace used to anneal parts mounted in the Audi Q7. The furnace was heated by Weishaupt burners. Parts drove through the furnace on conveyor belts. The installation was equipped with two consoles. Conveyors, burners, two consoles, light curtains, doors - all these elements were controlled from the main PLC.
