Coaching a TEAM of 12 both functional and technical support specialists
Preparation, development and execution of TEE specific technical and functional training. The following modules were included in the training (GL/AP/INV/OM/PO/WIP/TEE bespoke)
Principal lead for various (ad-hoc) problem management topics like system performance, SOX audit, system integration testing, user training, system documentation, ITIL
Hands-on functional and technical end-user support consisting of:
resolving end user queries/issues,
analysing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications,
resolving Oracle issues due to EDI messages failing,
hands-on functional set-up,
development of end-user reports,
reviewing and where appropriate amending end-user procedures and user guides,
development of end-user test scripts
preparation and management of Business Integration Tests.
Hands-on incident resolving for the following Oracle modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, WIP, Pricing, and Toshiba’s bespoke.
Established formal key user community including all functional areas and all external offices
Established formal work-flows for Instance Management, Change Management and Incident Management
