As Technical Design Authority (TDA) had responsibility for telecommunication products design (on IT side), their implementation, and configuration on a daily basis – in Ordering, Order Fulfilment, Service Management, and Enterprise Product Catalogue management software packages.
Vodafone UK used two separate software packages for Ordering and Order Fulfilment activities.
In Residential / wireless business sector the Oracle OSM and Siebel CRM systems were used. In Enterprise / wireline business sector the Amdocs SOM and Amdocs OMS - CRM systems were used.
Detailed activities included:
• Reviewed technical design of external suppliers in BSS/OSS telecommunication domain.
• Coordinated with systems partners to finalize designs and confirm requirements.
• Proposed technical feasibility solutions for new functional designs and suggested options for performance improvement of technical objects.
• Recommended architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions.
• Designed strategic plans for product design in BSS/OSS ordering and billing areas, incorporating industry standard product development practices to support future projects.
• Assessed vendor products and maintained positive vendor relations (Amdocs, Oracle),
• Designed over 35 new or updated wireline and wireless Vodafone UK products. The design included Product Catalogue, Ordering, Service Fulfilment, Product and Network Assurance.

Operation activities of Amdocs EPC system in MTel - Bulgaria wireless operator. The work included, on top of day-to-day EPC operational activities, also configuration of new MTel's wireless and wireline products and services in the EPC system, including testing and deployment of these products and services. So I was also responsible for preparing Testing Strategy, Testing Plans, Deployment Strategy, and Deployment Plans in regards of new/updated MTel products implementation:
