Guided the technical leads for different OSS/BSS area's (Retail Billing, Wholesale Billing, Mediation, Middleware, Portal, IP & Security, Devices, Test Services) to define the technical solution for this new business line. Documented the technical solution in the high level design.
Participated in the negotiations with Eircom leading to final contract for wholesale services. End responsible for service definitions and service level agreements.
Defined the new processes required to turn a pure mobile player into a converged multi play organisation. Defined 150 new processes using eTOM framework.
Organised train the trainer sessions for customer care and sales teams.

Technical Lead for the newly launched O2DSL product. Focussed on product quality improvements.
Headed a task force to analyse stability of DSL lines. Ordered an external DSL lab to preform IOT testing on the CPE-DSLAM combination. Identified issues with both DSLAM and CPE firmware and managed to get firmware fixes from the implied vendors. Defined a dynamic line management process.
Headed a task force for the improvement of the speech quality. Worked with the CPE vendor to define a modified CPE hardware that achieves better speech quality and it introduces wideband audio. Redesigned the QoE strategy in the access network.
Used the TR069 ACS platform to remotely upgrade firmware and introduced new troubleshooting capabilities for the hotline. Integrated remote testing capabilities for speech quality and detection of cabling issues at the customer premises.
O2DSL was later selected best NGN dual play offer in Germany by Connect Magazine.
