A PowerBuilder expert with over 20 years of experience (Versions 2.1 - 12.5) and has been involved in all aspects of the development process - from designing and testing to Application Architecture and common foundation library design. He has created new applications from scratch as well as maintained older legacy applications. In addition to 20 years of experience with Oracle, Victor has worked with other major DBMS systems such as MS-SQL, Sybase Enterprise, Sybase Anywhere and DB2. He has upgraded numerous PB applications to the next version and to the next version of the DBMS. Currently in New Jersey and can interview in person with few days’ notice and relocate to Columbus 2 weeks from an offer.
