• Led the local coordination and production of the XIII edition of Operalia, Plácido Domingo’s world renowned opera competition held in the Teatro de La Zarzuela and the Teatro Real.
• Acted as chief liaison between sponsors (Rolex, UBS, Spanair, Lufthansa, TAP, Aerolineas Argentinas, Sol Melia, among others) and Operalia, including overseeing sponsorships needs and ensuring that sponsorship requirements were met.
• Worked closely with the Public Relations team, and aided in setting up interviews with Maestro Domingo and finalists.

• Led a cultural component initiative to the Summit that resulted in a thematically linked documentary film series at the Casa de America, the production of a video memorial which was presented by the Mayor of Madrid, and a musical performance that closed the conference.
• Coordinated the Immigration: Is Integration Failing? panel which included internationally renowned politicians and academics.
• Responsible for contacting, inviting and following up with VIP’s.

• Executive produced the Spanish version of a New York musical called The Donkey Show which ran for three months in Madrid. Managed a team of over 20 people, including 13 actors, 7 technical crew, and various costume designers, set designers, etc.

• Responsible for coordinating the Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander - a four-week music festival with more than 118 participants including instrumental master classes, chamber music, orchestra, opera and 80 concerts in Santander and Cantabria.
• Wrote and was awarded a grant for 150.000 Euros from the European Commission - Culture 2000 Project - to help fund the festival and actively participated in creating a committee of participating European conservatories including the Paris Conservatoire, the Orchester Akademie de Berliner Philharmonischen Orchesters and the Scuola di Musica de Fiesole.

• Responsible for all aspects of project/event management including budgeting, strategic planning, and client liaison. Client list includes The Juilliard School, Harman Kardon, American Museum of Natural History, State Council Information Office and Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China.
• Produced a promotional video / mini-documentary for The Juilliard School’s Capital Campaign, and produced the star-studded gala concert to launch the campaign.
• Pitched, coordinated and executed the Harmon Kardon sponsored harman: how to listen jazz music education program which toured in 100 schools, 10 cities nationwide.
• Participated in the production, marketing and publicity of A Close Look at China - a 10-day promotional event held at the Javits Center in New York City that included an arts treasures and tourism exhibition, as well as daily dynastic and modern fashion shows. Responsible for contracting and managing the 15-member translators team.

• Coordinated nationwide auditions for over 600 orchestra applicants in nine cities.
• Produced all audition marketing materials including posters, brochures, and web site.
• Coordinated travel logistics, accommodations, and visa applications for 111 orchestra members.
• Co-managed the Spoleto Festival Orchestra during a six-week festival period including coordinating rehearsals and performances for three fully stage operas, two symphonic concerts, four chamber orchestra concerts and over 15 chamber music concerts.
