* Head coordinator for two violin and chamber music masterclasess with Ilya Gringolts, internationally acclaimed violinist, and two concerts in Zurich and Andermatt Switlzerland. Project responsibilities include:
- liaison with artist/professor to define the nature and the logistics of the course and concerts (the 1st course was held in the Zurich Konservatorium and the concerts were held in the Zurich Operahaus (foyer) and the Baur au Lac Hotel). The second course will happen in June 2015 in Andermatt.
- preparing marketing materials and promoting the masterclass in order to find high-level international violin students (the 1st masterclass incuded students from Serbia, Italy, Spain, Japan, Russia, and Finland).
- negotiating contracts with artists and coordinating with the Zurich Chamber Orchestra;
- coordinating accommodation for masterclass students (some students stayed in a hotel while others stayed with host families in Zurich);
- General overall hands-on coordination during the four-day masterclasses, including supervising class scheduling, concert rehearsals and supervising on-site stage management during concerts.

Culture Experts are called to evaluate Cultural European Projects submitted to the EACEA for funding. Job responsibilities include: training on EU policy regarding Culture, individual evaluation of cultural projects according to EU standards, and group evaluations in Brussels in order to come to an agreement on scoring and value.

• Founded and directed the Dino Ciani Festival and Academy which for eight years has brought to Cortina some of the top names of the classical music world, including – Martha Argerich, Krystian Zimerman, András Schiff, Gidon Kremer, Yuri Bashmet, Grigory Sokolov, among many others. The two-week festival features more than 30 events (concerts, conferences and masterclasses) in over 10 locations in and around Cortina d’Ampezzo and the Dolomites. The Dino Ciani Academy which takes place during the Festival offers masterclasses in piano and chamber music to over 30 young, international selected musicians and features a popular concert series during the festival. • Led the local coordination and production of the XIII edition of Operalia, Plácido Domingo’s world renowned opera competition held in the Teatro de La Zarzuela and the Teatro Real.
• Acted as chief liaison between sponsors (Rolex, UBS, Spanair, Lufthansa, TAP, Aerolineas Argentinas, Sol Melia, among others) and Operalia, including overseeing sponsorships needs and ensuring that sponsorship requirements were met.

• Responsible for coordinating the Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander - a four-week music festival with more than 118 participants including instrumental master classes, chamber music, orchestra, opera and 80 concerts in Santander and Cantabria.
• Wrote and was awarded a grant for 150.000 Euros from the European Commission - Culture 2000 Project - to help fund the festival and actively participated in creating a committee of participating European conservatories including the Paris Conservatoire, the Orchester Akademie de Berliner Philharmonischen Orchesters and the Scuola di Musica de Fiesole.

• Participated in the production, marketing and publicity of A Close Look at China - a 10-day promotional event held at the Javits Center in New York City that included an arts treasures and tourism exhibition, as well as daily dynastic and modern fashion shows. Responsible for contracting and managing the 15-member translators team.
