 Responsible for coordinating several international-collaboration studies in the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases & Vaccines in collaboration with the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) related to Influenza, RSV, and other respiratory diseases.
 Responsible for tracking and bio banking clinical samples.
 Managed and analyzed large clinical datasets from respiratory cohorts.
 Composed and edited several publications as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including serving as Assistant Editor for a journal special edition on vaccine safety.

 Worked on the Global Influenza Preparedness (GIP) team assisting in the creation of global influenza situation updates.
 Conducted analyses of WHO FluNet influenza surveillance data
 Participated in various tasks and assessments related to both Novel Corona Virus and the newly-emerging influenza A(H7N9) virus.
